Our property offers affordable housing to families, seniors and persons with disabilites. Currently, rental subsidy is availble for 30 out of 32 of our apartment homes. Qualifiied households only pay 30% of their monthly income towads rent! Water, Sewer & Garbage are paid and rent credit can be given towards electricity charges for some qualified households.
