Description:
Our property has studios (450 square feet) and one bedrooms (750 square feet. We provide all utitilies except for telephone and television cable. We have a large community room to watch our big screen television with neighbors. We have a gazebo in our south yard that is complimented with our garden area that we enjoy with BBQ's in the summer.

We go to the food bank and Safeway at no cost to the tenant. We have a visiting nurse who comes once a month as well as the traveling libary. We are close to shopping and we are a clean and friendly building. Give me a call to view our property.
