Description:
A historic building renovated in 2006, Haddon Hall, a Plymouth Housing Group property, offers non-subsidized, affordable studio apartments for low income individuals and families through the Seattle Office of Housing and the Washington State Office of Community Development.

We are located in Seattle's prime shopping district with retail space located on the first floor. (Zanadu Comics and Halo Hair Salon)

We welcome students.
Secure building.
Manager lives on site.
$350 refundable Security Deposit. We allow small pets (up to 25 lbs. fully mature weight) with a $250 refundable pet deposit.
Water/sewer/garbage/electric/heat (and in limited units gas) are all included in rent
