The 18 unit Easternwood is owned by LATCH- Lutheran Alliance to Create Housing. Applicants must income qualify. Please contact the property for more information. This property is a resident managed cooperative that requires residents take care of the property and handle day to day issues by doing weekly landscaping chores, bi-annual work parties, quarterly community meetings and plan activities. A one time training is required and a probationary period is included in the first lease to insure cooperation in the program and the property requirements.
