Description:
The Jensen Block Apartments are located in the Cascade Neighborhood in the heart of Seattle.

The Jensen is self-managed by the residents of the building. The residents collectively comprise the Resident Council. The Resident Council also has several committees responsible for the different areas of housing management. All major decisions are made at monthly meetings of which all households are required to attend. Each household also contributes five (5) hours per month to the management and operation of the building.
