Description:
The Graham Terry Apartments have two studios & one 1 bedroom for rent. One studio rents for $575 per month, the second studio rents for $459 per month and the one bedroom rents for $745 per month. Rent includes sewer, water and garbage! Each unit has a full size bathrooom.

Applicants must sign a l year lease, the deposit is $300 - refundable with no damages and the applicant fee is $26 per person.

The complex has an 24 hours on-site laundry facility, 24 hours emergency services an a professional on-site staff.
