This property does not have direct subsidy but offers income restricted rents affordable to low income households through the Southeast Seattle Senior Foundation. We also gladly accept Housing Authority provided Section 8 Vouchers to receive a subsidized rent.

The Brighton has lovely, spacious 1,2 and 2 plus den (possible 3rd bedroom) apartments, most with balconies and gas fireplaces. Apartments are large from 700 to 1138 square feet.

Located in a park-like setting, the building offers free parking, a park, walking path, and P-Patch garden spots. On a bus line, there is a secure entry, elevator access and laundry on each floor. Located adjacent to the Southeast Seattle Senior Center, an annual membership is included for qualifying adults. The Brighton had energy efficient gas applicances, free transpotation to stores every Monday and monthly and quarterly activites for residents. A Resident Outreach Coordinator helps residents access services.
