Located in a park-like setting, the building offers free parking, a park, walking path, and P-Patch garden spots. On a bus line, there is a secure entry, elevator access and laundry on each floor. Located adjacent to the Southeast Seattle Senior Center, an annual membership is included for qualifying adults. The Brighton had energy efficient gas applicances, free transpotation to stores every Monday and monthly and quarterly activites for residents. A Resident Outreach Coordinator helps residents access services.
