Housing for seniors 62 or older only. This property is totally non-smoking. Located in the High Point neighborhood in West Seattle, Elizabeth House officially opened January 9, 2006. Elizabeth House is a beautiful, brand new four-story apartment building.

There are a 74 one-bedroom apartments and the building is security locked. This is a non-smoking building and we do accept one small pet with a pet-deposit. Accessible units and parking are available. In order to get on our waiting list you are required to fill out an application. We will contact you in writing confirming that you have been placed on the waiting list. When we have a vacancy and your name is at the top of the list we will contact you to come to Elizabeth House and view the vacancy.
