Our community is partially subsidized through the USDA Rental Assistance Program. We can offer a subsidized rent to 40 of our 50 apartment homes. When you are receiving a rental assistance you will pay approximately 30% of your income for rent (minus some deductions). For households that are not receiving a rental assistance you will pay a non-subsidized base rent. (Please call the community for more details).

Description:

Just outside the city limits. We have a community room that can be reserved by the residents to be used for family gatherings or parties. Laundromat on site although 46 of the 50 units have washer and dryer hook-ups.

Manager's office is on-site. Some activities are offered for the children during the summer and during school breaks.
