Providence Vincent House is now accepting applications for our newly renovated, studio apartments for seniors 62 and over. Apply now to get on our waiting list for vacancies in December 2006. (You must be 62 years or older to qualify for this building even if are disabled.) Our 60 studio apartments are located at Seattle's Pike Place Market and equipped with full size kitchen appliances and a private bath with shower. Vincent House is managed by Providence Health & Services and is subsidized by HUD (United States Department of Housing and Urban Development). Tenants pay approximately 30% of their gross income for rent. Seniors of low income are invited to apply.
