Peter Claver House was built in 2001 as part of the redevelopment of the community known as New Holly in South Seattle. We provide secure, affordable housing for seniors in a friendly, caring atmosphere. Shopping, restaurants and public transportation are all in close proximity.

Peter Claver House is owned and operated by the Providence Health and Services, a nonprofit Catholic health care organization dedicated to serving all in need.
