Our 9 story building is located in the West Seattle Junction. We are walking distance to banks, bus lines, post office, restaurants, Safeway, and West Seattle Senior Center. We have spectacular views of the Puget Sound to the Olympic Mountains, Mt. Rainier, and also parts of downtown Seattle to the Cascades.

Our apartments are approximately 520 sq.ft. with full size kitchen and bathroom. All utilities are paid except for telephone and cable. We have a laundry room and community room on the 1st floor and a small library on the 5th floor. Parking is full at this time.
