The Pike Place Market Preservation and Development Authority (PDA) has five Affordable Housing buildings located directly within the Pike Place Market. The Livingston-Baker Apartments is located at the corner of 1st Avenue and Virginia; adjacent to the Belltown neighborhood. The Livingston-Baker Apartments allows easy access to the Market's many businesses, the newly located Pike Market Senior Center, Downtown Foodbank,the Pike Market Medical Clinic and all major buslines.

The Livingston-Baker is an Elderly Only - Rent Supplement federally-subsidized property. A person must be 62 years of age or older, or have a spouse, or co-head who is 62 years of age or older. We hope that you will soon be calling the Livingston-Baker Apartments community your new home.
