| Description: | | Providence Gamelin House in Seattle, Washington was completed in 2005 as part of the redevelopment of the community known as Rainier Vista in South Seattle. We provide secure and affordable housing for seniors, living independently, in a friendly, caring atmosphere. Gamelin House occupies the top three floors of a four-story building. The first floor of the building houses the Providence ElderPlace program along with retail businesses.
Four-story building (with elevator) with 77 one-bedroom apartments. Four of the apartments are accessible for disabilities.
Apartments are approximately 515 square feet with full kitchens.
On-site laundry.
Access to neighborhood P-Patch.
One small pet allowed with pet deposit.
Non-smoking building.
