This property does not have direct subsidy but offers income and rent restricted rents affordable to low income people through the Washington State Housing Finance Tax Credit program. Applicants must pass screening for landlord references, credit references and criminal back-ground checks. Applicants must also show compliance with WSHFC Tax Credit Income Limits. In addition, all qualified applicants must present their body of art work to the Artist Selection Committee to determine their level of commitment to the arts, community and their art form. The ASC does not jury the artist's work. Once approved by the ASC, the applicant will be accepted for housing.
