Description:
Hiawatha Lofts provides 61 unit of low income housing for individuals and families in Seattle's Central District. Spacious 1 and 2 bedroom units ranging from 810 to 1,200 square feet. Units have open floor plans with high ceilings, as well as a large community room with on-site laundry facilities and an outdoor deck for residents. Hiawatha also has beautiful views of the city skyline and Mt. Rainier. Underground parking is available with elevator access. All units are leased and a waiting list has been established.
