Units have open floor plans with high ceilings, as well as a large community room with on-site laundry facilities and an outdoor deck for residents. Hiawatha also has beautiful views of the city skyline and Mt. Rainier. Underground parking is available with elevator access. All units are leased and a waiting list has been established.
