Judkins Park offers spacious two and three bedroom townhomes for families, including those living with HIV/AIDS.
4 units are set aside for Sound Families program. 4 units are Rainier Vista Replacement units and are subsidized through SHA. Section 8 vouchers welcome on remaining affordable units.
The remainig 8 units do not have direct subsidy but offers affordable rents with income restrictions through the Washington State Housing Finance Tax Credit program.
Your rent will range based on your annual income level and established between the rents listed below. We also gladly accept Housing Authority provided Section 8 vouchers.
Full-Time Students
Due to Federal funding requirements for this property, applicant households must have an adult member who is not a full-time student unless one of the following student prohibition exceptions is met. You are:
married and filing a joint federal tax return with spouse
a single parent with a minor child and neither are dependents of a third party
receiving benefits under Title IV of the Social Security Act (e.g., TANF)
enrolled in a job training program funded by State or Local government
