I am contacting you as you appear to be using an email address through us that was free with a major service provided. If this is not the case please let us know.

Normally when services are cancelled customers are given the option of keeping an email address at $5.00 monthly or $55.00 annually. Your email address appears to have been overlooked and for over a year you have been able to continue using at no charge. Unfortunately we are unable to provide email service free without any other service. Unlike Google or Yahoo we are not paid for advertising and there are costs associated with maintaining email services.

It would be appreciate if you could give me a call to discuss this email address, if it is in use, and if you would like to continue using it. There will be no payment expected for past use. I can be reached Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:30 pm at the number below although tomorrow I will be out of the office.
