We are low income housing for 62 & over or disabled of any age and have 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes. 

Currently at this time there are no available apartments. You are more than welcome to fill out a Waitlist application for the one or two bedroom apartment. 


Special Eligibility:

Housing for seniors 62 or older or disabled persons of any age. Applicants income must be below 35% of WSHFC HUD Tax Credit limits.

Subsidy available for 29 out of 30 units a this property through the USDA Rental Assistance program. With this subsidy you will pay rent based on 30% of your income - between the lowest and the highest rent listed below. Call property for details.

Our income limits for a 1 person household is $19,355.00 per year and $22,120.00 for a 2 person household.


Description:

Quiet, convenient to shopping and medical facilities, close to bus lines. Beautifully landscaped setting. Designated by the "Harbor Herald" as the "nicest looking property in South Bend-Raymond area".

Some of our amenities include; on-site parking, a community room and an on-site laundry facility. Water, sewer and garbage are included in the low monthly rent. Residents love living here because we are a quiet friendly community. We are close to the bus lines, Post Office, banks and stores.
